Job Description:

• Reports to TSP Materials Operations Support Manager and Head of Materials.
• Assist packaging of Materials readiness and accuracy for A380 12-years check.  
• Prepare preload materials for HMV2 and retrofit. 
• Perform consumption analysis and link materials consumed to individual MPD and task card. 
• Follow up the delivery dates of all Airbus mod kits and spares ordered via the customer.
• Tally preloaded vs actual, and make recommendation for next HMV2.
• Develop demand forecast using statistical, historical and technical planning. 
• Gather relevant data from Airbus database and proactively link MRO, customer, suppliers and Airbus supporting departments to ensure data quality and accuracy. Including parts required and availability. 
• Coordinate and prepare reports on operational topics during HMV2 checks and participate in customer meeting with updates as required. 
• Work with planning team, MRO, Customer, and various internal materials supplier to enhance materials planning process. 
• Propose and evaluate "as-required" spares based on historical and engineering inputs to enhance readiness of HMV2 checks, including spares shortages.
• Focal point for liaise and follow-up with the Customer, the MROs and Suppliers that Components and Parts under their responsibility are available within the required lead-time. 
• Update daily shortage list from MRO, and review shortages to identify, highlight critical items.
• Challenge spares requirements and reporting by the MRO
• Identify the responsible party to supply the spares, send daily shortage list to responsible party and ensure timely inputs to update the list with relevant information
• Implement alternative solutions with Engineering and Operations in case of late delivery.
• Prepare a Monthly KPI Performance Review to represent the achievements, challenges and formulate solutions.
• Perform other duties / tasks assigned by the Team Leader and / or Manager.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Data analytics, with experience in materials management. Fresh Graduate may apply.
• Meticulous and able to build database for tracking
• High proficiency in MS Excel and  Google Sheet
